Cancellations & Refund

1. Purpose

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which donations made to Impactful Giving Welfare Foundation via our platform ImpactfulGiving.in can be cancelled or refunded. By making a donation, you agree to this policy.

2. Donation Cancellation

  1. Donation Commitments: Once a donation is made, the transaction is generally considered final and cannot be cancelled unless an error has occurred.
  2. Cancellation Requests: Donors may request the cancellation of recurring donations by emailing team@impactfulgiving.in. Requests should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled donation date.

3. Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Donations: All donations are final and non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply in specific cases where technical errors result in duplicate or incorrect transactions.
  2. Refund Conditions:
    • Technical Errors: Refunds are allowed if a technical issue has caused an unintended transaction.
    • Request Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
    • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
  3. Contact for Refund Requests: Email team@impactfulgiving.in with details including the donation date, amount, and reason.

4. Donor Information and Privacy

Donors' personal information will be used solely for processing donations and issuing tax receipts where applicable. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

5. Changes to the Policy

Impactful Giving reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
